Shipping

Shipping totals are determined based on your shipment size and weight. You will be notified and consulted regarding shipping charges before your order is processed. Orders are subject to taxes, duties and broker fees. Shipping totals quoted to you in US dollars do not include fees placed on an order in customs clearance.

Shipping companies used most often include UPS, FedEx and Global Express Mail (a branch of US postal service). Transit times vary depending on the type of service used and development of postal services in your country. Typically, orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. Expedited services are also available for speedy delivery.

Payment Methods

Payment may be made by the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept bank wire transfers and international money orders. For further information on international payment options, contact service@nrs.com.

Returns/Exchange Policy

NRS will gladly return or exchange an item that you are not completely satisfied with. However, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to NRS, including applicable import fees. We recommend using shipping services, which allow the item to be tracked and/or insured, to ensure the merchandise reaches NRS securely.

* Purchasing through your local dealer greatly reduces the need for international returns procedures.

If you are an outfitter or retail store and would like more information on setting up an account with NRS, please contact us by phone, fax, or email. Outfitters may also submit an Outfitter Qualification form, and retailers may submit a Wholesale Dealer Qualification form.
