Can you put two seats on this frame or would the 16 foot be better suited for 2 people?

Rick, cat frames have side rails that sit on top of the tubes and inner rails that fit lower on the insides of the tubes. The Lion tubes have four D-rings on the outside of the tubes and four on the inside. Cam straps from the D-rings to the rails hold the frame in place. See Item # 85231.01 for a good photo that shows the system.
