I use this wetsuit for 50-60. If it gets colder I would put on a thermal rash guard with this suit.

Since the zipper is on the back how do you zip it up? Do you need a helper?

There is a long webbing strip attached to the zipper tab to facilitate opening and closing the zipper. It works great, no problems.

I have used the suit twice, and yes, though not impossible to zip yourself, I have asked my buddy for a little assistance. I have a large...fits pretty perfect...I'm 5'10", 160. Great wetsuit! I have used it for white water kayaking. Keeps me plenty warm without any hindrance.
            Hope this helps!

Yes, this wetsuit is designed after similar surfing wet suits with the zipper in the back and can certainly be used for scuba diving.

I am a river guide. I use NRS for all of my water experiences including my work. I bought the NRS Radiant Wetsuit and it was a great purchase for any water sport. It moves real well in the joints and it has a comfortable fit. You will not be disappointed in this product.
