      Comments about Astral Norge PFD:

This PFD is very comfortable. The kapok front floatation is soft and allows for comfortable movement. The fleece lined pockets are nice for cold weather. The PFD is very durable it doesn't have any sign of wear after a 20 day trip on the Grand. I would recommend this to anyone.

        Comments about Astral Norge PFD:

I'm a tall guy at 6'3", 200lbs and I found this to fit my long Torso very well. the L/XL was a perfect fit and the adjustments still hit me perfect at the mid-section to give me a secure feel. The pockets are perfect in size and placement to put items like keys, sunscreen and a floppy hat.
The main body is a different, but good feel. It is the most supple and flexible material I have ever had and it is great for flexibility and movement. The vest moves with the body really well.
My only slight comment is that the V-Neck cut is a tad tall so if I'm hunched over the vest lifts a little into my chin, but that is to be expected I guess.
Overall the most natural feeling vest I've ever owned.

        Comments about Astral Norge PFD:

I really like this PFD. It's constructed well, is fully adjustable and super comfortable with lots of room around the arms for paddling or rowing. I may have purchased a S/M instead of L/XL had I been able to try it on, but it tightened up fine and there's room for extra layers underneath when it gets cold out. Speaking of cold... the fleece lined pockets are great! I didn't think I would want/need them but they're sure nice to have on a chilly morning.
