No more loose water bottles. No more getting dehydrated. Lash the CamelBak® Cortez™ Deck Hydration Pack to your kayak's deck for easy access to 3 liters of liquid refreshment.
  • Having 3 liters of water at your fingertips helps you stay hydrated on longer paddles without the hassle of carrying multiple bottles.
  • A large quarter-turn cap lets you fill the 3-liter Antidote™ reservoir without removing it from the pack.
  • Four mini carabiners clip the CamelBak Cortez securely to your deck rigging.
  • Two grip strips on the back of the reservoir keeps it from sliding.

Comments about Camelbak Cortez Deck Hydration Pack:

I love this Camel Back. I use it on a tandem, between the seats so both my girlfriend and I can access it. My only complaint is the clips that it comes with are not designed very well and are hard to get around the deck cords.

Comments about Camelbak Cortez Deck Hydration Pack:

I have a tandem Huki V2-X. There is no storage space except what a person is able to create with the tie bands. The hydration pack is perfect for tie down and keeping hydrated for the MR340.

Does it prevent water getting warmth while paddling under sun?

          A:

I used it in the Florida (March) sun and it kept the water cool (not cold)
but it definitely was not hot. I kept it for 3 days and the temp stayed
          cool all 3 days.

          A:

The drink tube is insulated. The water reservoir isn't insulated, but the light-colored fabric cover should help in slowing down water temperature rise.
