Comments about Werner Baja Kayak Paddle:
I, actually,, got to use the paddle, even though it was December. It handled well in flat water conditions, although the grip area could have been better since I was wearing light weight gloves for protection in the wind.
Service and delivery comments:
The delivery during the busy Christmas season was about as good as it gets.

Q:Would this paddle be good on flat water and classes I and II?Asked on 12/6/2015 by Sher
A:Yes, it's a well built paddle I have used for a year now in gravel and
rocks, it has held up well. The slight flex of the blades make flat water
paddling a little smoother and it's tough enough for regular use.Answered on 12/7/2015 by Anonymous
A:Sher, the Baja is designed primarily as a low-angle touring paddle. It can certainly be used for some mild whitewater; it just won't perform like a whitewater paddle. For example, the blade has a square area of 605 square centimeters and comparably priced WW paddles have 655 cm2..Answered on 12/6/2015 by Clyde from NRS
