      A:

It's the most comfortable dry top I've had. I'm not sure about winter use as it's pretty thin. With some fleece under it it may be warm enough.

      A:

Certainly, Kize. It's waterproof, breathable and generously cut for adding layers to keep you warm when paddling in our soggy PNW conditions.

Comments about Level Six Duke Drytop:

So I got this jacket and I tried it on, I was amazed at how well it fit, lightweight, easy to put on, and neck gasket not too tight. But skeptical cause it feels like my lightweight cycling jacket. I used this jacket for white water kayaking. I thought it was keeping my dry for a while, but when I went swimming I noticed for sure i was not dry. Thought maybe it's cause I went for a swim. But today, I just got flipped one time and rolled up- felt wet. Extremely disappointed. But, even when it was cold outside and rainy- when paired with my smelly nrs shirt (not neoprene or that other fabric that eludes my thinking similar to neoprene) I was warm. It was 55 degrees, even though the jacket was soaked, I still felt warm and the jacket still felt lightweight. Whereas in my semi-dry top I have, by the end of the float the jacket weighs a ton- especially on the arms. If you want to stay dry, this jacket it not for you. Would work as a great spray jacket though and keep you warm.

Comments about Level Six Duke Drytop:

This is is my first dry top, and i got it because as fall arrived so did cold paddling weather/water. i didn't want to put my kayak away for the winter, so i went to my local paddle shop, tried some dry-tops on found my fit and bought this great deal. not long after i got it i was on the water and when i finally tipped, my first reaction was to expect cold and wet, but it was also my first time in a dry top, the feeling of rolling up and only your head and hands being wet was amazing, i was a lot more willing to play in holes because i didn't have to worry about freezing. overall my best investment for kayaking.

Comments about Level Six Duke Drytop:

I recently used this in surf at La Push and HoBuck beach. I stayed warm and dry in pretty big surf and 50 degree water. I could actually get it on and off by myself. The straps that tie the waist get a little tangled with my pfd straps. I would reconfigure the wast strap as one large strap. I have not had to get a new drytop in a long time. This design is a big improvement
          over others older drytops.
