This medium size sponge works to remove that unwanted pool of water that manages to collect under your kayak spray skirt. The Boat Sponge can absorb up to 36 ounces (1.1 liters) of water at a time. Paddling in whitewater or the sea, this sponge will lift out sand and moisture from the bottom of your boat that traditional bilge pumps leave behind. It can be used with a bilge pump or on its own to keep your boat dry and clean.

Good Sponge

By rookie kayaker

About Me Beginner

Verified Buyer

Pros

  • Functional
  • Lightweight
  • Quick Drying
  • Rugged

Cons

    Best Uses

    • Kayaking

    Comments about NRS Boat Sponge:

This sponge is good at soaking up the water to help empty my yak. In fact, it draws in the water quicker than an average sponge. It dries as quick as a normal sponge. So far no smell, although I haven't had it long.

    Service and delivery comments:

The product was packed fine and came to my house as expected.

    Comments about NRS Boat Sponge:

It is a sponge, it soaks up water and when you squeeze it the water comes out. No it is not durable because it is a sponge. It does what it is meant to do, no complaints.
