    Can this accommodate a 10 or 10.5 inch cast iron skillet on one burner and something else on the other?

      Zack, the top of the stove is 21.5" x 11.75", so your skillet and another pot will fit.

    Is there an adapter for this stove that can be used on a 5 or 20 lb. propane tank rather than using the disposable tanks?

      You can go to any hardware store and purchase an adapter hose for tanks for @ $30.
