NRS Inventory Update

You’re right, it’s bad.

You may have noticed that we have limited stock on hand for many items. We know this is frustrating, because it’s frustrating us, too! While Covid-19 precautions have led many people into the outdoors to enjoy healthy, socially distant activities such as paddling, the virus has also disrupted global shipping and manufacturing. This has created an industry-wide shortage of outdoor equipment and apparel to which NRS is not immune.

In our commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers, we are doing all that we can to bring items into stock. We are speeding up production wherever possible and expediting shipments to replace inventory sooner. We expect continued delays for the foreseeable future. We are updating ETAs daily as information allows.

Unfortunately, we are also seeing delays in domestic shipping. Our goal remains to ship orders received before 1 PM Pacific Time, Monday–Friday, on that same day. However, higher-than-normal volume may prevent this in some cases.

We recommend placing orders early to reserve your purchase when it comes into stock. Backorders are filled in the order in which they were received. We ship most backorders within two business days upon receiving the inventory. You will not be charged for your purchase until the order ships.

Please note that some items may already be sold out for the duration of this year.
