Product Details

  • A smaller buckle minimizes pressure on the top/side of the foot when wedging the foot in the raft for stability in rapids.
  • The heel riser is reinforced with 30% more nylon than traditional Chaco sandals, improving the Rapid Pro’s longevity.
  • The notoriously durable jacquard webbing upper dries quickly, with patterns that pay homage to Chaco’s roots.
  • Raft guide-tested Vibram® Megagrip rubber sole wraps higher in the forefront of the foot, preventing wear and improving control and grip on slick surfaces.
  • The outsole combines 3.5 mm lugs with topographic features for enhanced performance including Groovy Lugs and biting edges for a premium grip.
  • Taking inspiration from boat shoes and approach shoes, Groovy Lugs feature slits on the top of the lug to allow more contact points of a biting groove, while micro siping creates texture.
  • Creative placement of the yellow Vibram badge within a blue strip brings a little raft guide soul to the sole.
  • The open-toe design encourages use with socks and booties.
