An essential kit for creek boaters and technical rivers, the NRS Un-Pin Kit has everything you need for a simple Z-Drag setup to help recover your buddy’s pinned boat. Compact, easy to stow in your whitewater kayak, canoe or raft.

Product Details

  • This kit includes a throw bag with rope, prusik cord, tubular webbing, carabiners and pulleys. All the essentials to effectively un-pin a stuck boat.
  • The included Z-Drag crib sheet will walk you through the steps if it’s your first real-life rescue situation.
  • This kit fits easily in any whitewater kayak or canoe, and with all the un-pinning essentials, you’ll always be prepared for an unplanned rescue.
  • This un-pin kit is catered specifically to kayak-rescue situations. The rope in the throw bag has a 2,495 pound breaking strength. For raft and cataraft rescue situations, we recommend the full Z-Drag Kit (item # 45314.03).

Note: While this kit includes essential gear for a boat rescue, the most valuable tool is rescue knowledge. We highly recommend taking a swiftwater rescue course in your local area.
