  • NRS Coil SUP Leash

    Q:

    Hi,

Is this leash typically worn up around the calf or lower down, near the ankle?

I am a 5'7" female, if that makes a difference.

    Thanks!

It can be worn either way. It is a matter of personal preference. When I
weqr mine around my calf it seems to keep the leash out from under foot,
but not a lot of difference either way.

in the waves and when I'm on the lake I don't wear a leash :)

Arlene, it has enough adjustment to wear it either below the knee or down above the ankle. Personal choice.

I use it for paddle boarding. I would go for a longer lead not this coil type. You could get hit!!!!!

Yes, you can, it is very strong. Since you say you're new at this, please be aware that you should only wear a leash that doesn't include a quick-release mechanism in open water surf with no obstacles that it could wrap around. Surf Safe!

Sherry, there's a D-ring on the back end of the board for attachment of the leash.

Sandy, the price in the catalog is a typo error. We work hard to thoroughly proof copy before it goes out, but occasionally we flub one. I apologize for the confusion.
