I got this gun for a group kayak trip that reserved time just for daily water fights. The long gun was quite competitive, easy to fill and did not clog even in the muddy Missouri River. It proved to be excellent used as a bilge pump, getting out every last bit of water, sand and mud.

We love these while they last. We have purchased 6 of them. However, they never last a summer (10 uses or so?). The O-ring inside wears out and/or becomes dislodged. Contact company for replacement. They are not able to send a replacement O-ring. So- as long as you don't expect them to last too long- they are great.

Comments about NRS Aquablaster Water Guns:

I got these aqua blasters to supplement the one my girlfriend had. So much better than the one I had bought at a local store. Sucks up the water well, good range, and a quality feel

                Q:

I have 2 non-functioning aquablasters. There is no external damage, so how can I take them apart and fix them?

                  A:

Lorie, the handle end of the water chamber unscrews to give you access to the piston and o-ring. It's possible the o-ring has been dislodged, or just needs lubrication.
