A7 Leafield Recessed Valve
Item: 38529.01 | Product Description »
Leafield B7 and A7 valves are found in many inflatable rafts, catarafts and kayaks. Repairing these valves is simple, but specific techniques should be used to ensure everything goes smoothly. In this Quick Tips instructional video, the NRS experts show you how to repair your Leafield B7 and A7 valves quickly and easily.
Finding and fixing leaks in the valves on your inflatable raft, cataraft or inflatable kayak (IK) is an important skill for boaters. Here NRS repair guru Josh Gile demonstrates the steps with a Leafield C-7 inflate/deflate valve. You'll use basically the same steps with other types -- Leafield B-7, Halkey-Roberts, Summit and military valves.

Q:is this the correct unit for my 1996 Novurania inflatable?Asked on 5/16/2013 by Wendy from Portland Oregon
A:I do not know if the A-7 will work for the raft mentioned below. I have an Avon raft that has this type of valve from the manufacture.Answered on 5/19/2013 by Anonymous
A:Wendy, we don't have any data on the valves for your boat. Look closely at the boat valves. The A7 valve cap is clearly labeled with the valve name. Here is a link I found on older Novurania valves that might be of help to you. - http://www.defender.com/product.jsp?path=-1%7C294&id=1636438Answered on 5/17/2013 by Clyde from NRS
