I'm retired and took a lot of time to think about this and get prepared. I did not look at video; probably should have. Printed directions are fine. I had 2 latex wrist seals to replace on each of 2 paddle jackets. It was difficult finding the right form. In the end, I cut 2.5-3" wide strips off the end of my wife's yoga mat--it is about 0.25" thick. I took a strip and wrapped it around a can to the thickness necessary to fit nicely into the sleeve opening. When picking a form, remember, after the job is done, you must be able to remove the form! With the semi-spongy wraps, I could slip the can out and easily remove the form. I used rubbing alcohol to clean the old & new latex seals. The Aquaseal glue/Cetol glue mixture is sticky. It gets on everything it touches. Be sure to wear disposable latex gloves to avoid a mess on your hands. Have a nice work area--maybe cover with a drop cloth. I applied the glue using a simple applicator stick--worked fine. Finished with one jacket. The 2nd jacked should go smoothly.

Comments about NRS Latex Wrist Gasket Repair Kit:

Good video! I found that on my XXL suit a 12.5oz can of Costco premium chunk chicken breast worked great as a mold during installation of wrist seals. I also used a basketball for the neck seal by deflating it, inserting, inflating it, and then doing the install. When you're done just deflate the ball and remove...

Comments about NRS Latex Wrist Gasket Repair Kit:

These gaskets went on easy. Watch the videos on he NRS website for detailed instructions. I made a 4" diameter form out of thick minicell, and it made gluing much easier.

The thickness of the rubber provides a great seal while remaining very comfortable on my wrists.

I have used NRS gaskets to replace gaskets on my dry suits and dry tops a few times over the years. I find the NRS gaskets to be a little thicker and more durable than the original Kokatat gaskets. Also, being able to buy a kit that includes the glue is a bonus.

PS. Thanks for the instructional videos. They really help.

If the medium is too small, you can stretch it or trim it. If the large is too big,,,,,? Or you can buy both and see which fits better before you glue them in. Good chance that someone will give you a six-pack for the pair you don't use.

Mike, the Medium will feel pretty tight, but gaskets stretch over time. I'm afraid the large may feel good now, but be too loose over time.

I would go for the large. It will be tight enough, but a bit more
comfortable. It will also last longer as it will be stretched less when you
                      wear it.

I did this a couple of years ago. Wasn't hard at all. The only thing that can be tricky is if you have enough latex remaining on the old cuff to glue it to. In my case there was only about a quarter of an inch of latex in one spot. It worked. Otherwise, the instructions were self-explanatory.
