Pile on the gear and passengers for long, overnight trips, like a seven-day float on the Middle Fork of the Salmon, while retaining your ability to respond to changing river conditions. This cat frame allows the greatest flexibility in rigging for gear and passengers. Includes two seat bars, two high-back seats, two foot bars, one crossbar and oar mounts. Allows up to 3 passengers to ride comfortably on the frame.

Please note: NRS Cataraft Yokes place the center of the lower side rails 10" below the center of the top side rail. Generally they work best on NRS River Cats, Kodiak Cats and other manufacturer's cat tubes 24" or larger in diameter. Measure the depth of your inside D-rings to see if this is your best choice. For cats with smaller diameter tubes, the Sport Cat Frame (# 1275) is an excellent choice.

      right at 37 5/8"

Matt, the lower side rails are 39" apart, center-to-center. Taking away a 1 5/8" pipe diameter, this makes the space ~ 37.4". You can find a lot of frame specs here -

I've been speaking to some regular joe eBay seller who claims to be a NRS distrubutor who is selling 13' SATURN Cataraft tubes. I asked him/her if I could fit a tandem frame on these tubes and while his answer was vague he/she referred me to your website to view my frame options that will work for these tubes. Could you look at his/her listing and let me know what frames I could use for these tubes? Thank You for your time

Greg, that listing has been taken down. Saturn's site is vague on specs for their 13' cat tubes, but the 18" diameter tube spec tells me you are looking for the Sport Cat Frame, Item # 1275. The drop rails will mesh with the inner D-rings; yokes will put the inside rails too low. If the stock frame length doesn't work for you we can customize it for you. Tyler, 54" is a standard length for NRS frame cross members. Do be aware that 54" cross members will leave just a tad over 2' between your Kodiak tubes. We might have to modify a foot bar. Give us a call, 800.635.5202, and we'll help you get this figured out.
